HOUSE RESOLUTION 2 (HR2) BANNING SAME-SEX MARRIAGE

Home About Us Join Us Board Community Issues Urban Myths Archives Hot Links Volunteers Contact Us	The MCA Board has taken a position against HJR-2, the proposed amendment to the Idaho Constitution that would outlaw civil unions and declare that a marriage between a man and a woman is the only domestic legal union that shall be valid or recognized in the state of Idaho. We believe this amendment is a violation of human rights and a violation of equal opportunity. The MCA supports equal protection under the law for all citizens regardless of age, religion, national origin, sex, creed, color or sexual preference.
