These funds are used for organizing public forums on topics of community interest, bringing in forum speakers, and for supporting local activities which seek to enrich the Moscow community. The MCA is not a political action committee and does NOT contribute monetarily to political campaigns. Our membership dues for FY2007 are $10 for students, $20 for individuals, and $30 for households.
