| The Moscow Civic Association is a non-profit community organization which relies upon its members willingness to volunteer their time and money to pursue the goal of preserving and improving this wonderful city we call Moscow! The MCA Board is composed of members who volunteer tremendous amounts of their time to make the organization run by planning public forums, participating in local government meetings, representing MCA as an official member of the Moscow City Chamber of Commerce, etc.. But, without our hundreds of general members, MCA would never be effective. If you haven't paid your membership dues for the current fiscal year, please go to our "join us" page on this website (where you can pay either by Pay Pal or find the address to send your check). These dues help us maintain the Moscow Civic Association as an active player in our community. But, we can always use more help, and if you want to volunteer of your time, there are always many tasks which MCA should be involved in that would benefit from your assistance. Attending government meetings (whether it be the City Council, the County Commissioners, the Planning and Zoning Committee) or MCA's own public forums (held monthly) are ways to participate and play an important role in our community.
